Aviva Health is holding another COVID-19 mass-vaccination event, this time for North County citizens ages 45 and over with underlying conditions, Thursday, April 1, from 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., at the Drain Civic Center, 205 W A Ave., in the town of Drain.
