Utilities

The City of Drain provides utility services for power, water, and wastewater.  To have these services connected or disconnected contact City Hall at 541-836-2417 or stop by city hall at 431 Payton Ave.  
 

Utility bills may be paid with a credit card on Xpress Bill Pay with the link on the homepage, mailed, or put in the drop box on the corner of city hall by the parking lot.
